- The animated demo is completely outdated — it no longer matches the current UI
- Needs to reflect the actual current look: cyan user bubbles, avatar display, date separators, channel icons, metadata button, tool call emojis, etc.
- Make it as close as possible to the real PinchChat UI

- Strip or collapse the system scaffolding, show only the actual user message content
