- Remove unused WEBHOOK_URL and WEBHOOK_SECRET env vars (leftovers
from earlier env-var-based design)
- Move TableRow component outside WebhookList to avoid re-creation
on every render

- Simplify formatDate to only handle Date objects (strings are not
